Everything you need to enjoy smooth, vibrant ceremonial matcha at home.
Step 1: Sift
Sift 2g (1 bamboo scoop) of matcha into your bowl for the smoothest texture.
Step 2: Pour
Add 60–70ml of water at 80°C. Hotter water can make matcha taste bitter.
Step 3: Whisk
Using a bamboo whisk, whisk in a fast W or M motion until a fine layer of foam appears.
Step 4: Enjoy
Drink as is or pour over oat milk and ice for a café-quality matcha latte.

One serving contains approximately 60–70mg of natural caffeine. Thanks to naturally occurring L-theanine, the energy is released more gradually, helping you stay focused without the sharp crash often associated with coffee.
